This document, “Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets out the rules for the use by the website Rankfluid (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) of the User’s personal information, which the Operator, including all persons affiliated with the Operator, may obtain about the User while using any of the websites, services, programs, and their components, products, or services of the Operator (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and in the course of the Operator’s performance of any agreements and contracts with the User.
The User’s consent to the Policy means consent to the use of personal information by the Operator and its affiliates. Use of the Site means the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for the processing of their personal information specified therein; if the User does not agree with these conditions, they must refrain from using the Site.
- General provisions of the Policy The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. After changes are made, the date of the last update of the Policy is indicated in the header of the Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
The main purpose of this Policy is to establish a framework for the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when the Operator processes personal data in connection with the use of the Website in an automated manner.
- Personal information of Users processed by the Operator when using the Website
Personal information in this Policy means:
- information provided by the User independently during registration (creation of an account) or in the process of using the Site, including the User’s personal data (email address; first name, last name, patronymic or nickname; telephone number). Information that is mandatory to provide on the Website is marked with special symbols. Information that is not marked with special symbols as mandatory is provided by the User at their discretion;

The Operator processes personal data in the following cases:
- with the consent of the personal data subject (User) to the processing of their personal data;
- to perform a contract to which the personal data subject (User) is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, including in the event that the Operator exercises its right to assign rights (claims) under such a contract, as well as for the conclusion of a contract at the initiative of the personal data subject (User) or a contract under which the personal data subject will be the beneficiary or guarantor;
- to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, or to achieve socially significant goals, provided that this does not violate the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject (User);
- in cases where access to the personal data of the subject (User) is provided by the subject of personal data themselves or at their request (hereinafter referred to as personal data made publicly available by the subject of personal data);
- for statistical or other research purposes, provided that the personal data is anonymized.
- Purposes of processing Users’ personal information
The Operator processes the User’s personal information for the following purposes:
- fulfilling requests from authorized state authorities, including law enforcement agencies;
- identification of parties within the framework of services, agreements, and contracts with the Operator (as well as its affiliates) or other persons specified on the Website;
- provision of personalized services to the User;
- fulfilling User requests, sending notifications and information regarding the use of the Website at the request of Users;
- improving the quality of the Website, its usability for the User, developing new services;
- targeting advertising materials;
- conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
- Conditions for transferring Users’ personal information to third parties
- The confidentiality of the User’s personal information is preserved, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for general access to an unlimited circle of persons.
- The Website has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
- the User has expressed consent or given instructions on the Website (for example, when registering a domain name with an authorized registrar) for such actions;
- the transfer is necessary for the User to use a specific service or to fulfill a specific agreement or contract with the User;

- Modification and deletion of personal information. Mandatory data storage
The rights provided for in this Policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may provide for the Operator’s obligation to store information modified or deleted by the User for a period established by law and to transfer such information to a state authority in accordance with the procedure established by law.
- Processing of personal information using cookies and counters
Cookies transmitted by the Site to the User’s equipment and by the User’s equipment to the Site may be used to provide the User with personalized services, to target advertising shown to the User, for statistical and research purposes, and to improve the functioning of the Site.

- Protection of the User’s personal information
The Operator takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unauthorized actions by third parties.
The confidentiality of the User’s personal information is preserved, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for general access to an unlimited circle of persons. When using certain services of the Site, the User agrees that a certain part of their personal information becomes publicly available.
- Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. After changes are made to the current version,
the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is always available on the Rankfluid website.
